====== Hummus ====== * 500g cooked chickpeas with some of the liquid (or 2 cans, use liquid from only 1/2 can) * 4 garlic cloves * 2 tsp ground cumin * 2 tsp ground caraway * 2 tbsp olive oil * juice of 1 lemon * 3 tbsp tahini * salt Combine ingredients in blender and blend well. The less liquid you use, the firmer and fluffier the hummus will be. Using minimum liquid might require you to continually scrape down the sides of the blender to avoid an air bubble around the blades.
