Baked Nuts

  • 100g cashews
  • 100g pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp MSG
  • 2 tsp herbes de provence
  • 2 tsp inulin
  • 3 tbsp water

Bake nuts at 180 °C or until nicely browned and fragrant.

Mix dry ingredients together, add water, mix well, and add to the still hot nuts. Mix until well coated, then let cool and dry (20-30 minutes).
