  • 75 milliliters lemon juice (from around 3 lemons)
  • 7 spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams parsley (roughly chopped)
  • 25 grams dill (roughly chopped)
  • 20 grams mint (roughly chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
